Brand and operator
“RAG Solutions” is a commercial brand of Innova Advanced Technologies. The brand names the service; the company is its publisher, its operator and the party legally responsible for it. Any contract relating to the service is concluded with Innova Advanced Technologies.
Accordingly, the subscription, the invoices, the licence to use the platform and every contractual commitment relating to the service are entered into by Innova Advanced Technologies, in its own name and under its own registration number. The “RAG Solutions” brand is party to no contract and issues no invoice.

The platform itself — its code, its architecture, its interfaces and its documentation — together with the “RAG Solutions” brand and its logos, remain the exclusive property of Innova Advanced Technologies. A subscription grants a right to use the service for its duration; it transfers no intellectual property rights whatsoever. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences.
The data a customer places in their instance is outside the above: it belongs to them, and Innova Advanced Technologies acts in respect of it solely as a processor.
